A deposit is required to secure your booking and is due for payment a minimum of one week before work is due to commence.
The deposit will be either of the following; 50% of the full estimate balance, the full material price if it’s greater than this amount, or full payment upfront and this will be clearly explained in any estimate.
The remainder of the balance, labour and any additional costs are to be paid within 7 calendar days upon completion of the works.
Should any further works be required, a follow up report of our findings and the associated costs will be sent through to you. Follow up visits will not be arranged unless payment for the initial visit has been received.
Service and gas safety certificates will not be released until full payment is received.
Registering of appliances with Gas Safe and for manufacturers warranties will not be completed until full balance is received.
At our discretion, we may charge 5% of the balance, per day, as interest for any late payments.
Payment is available by BACS preferred or cash.
